Items ordered will have a 24 hour waiting period before being shipped.
United States: 3-5 day delivery
International: 1-2 weeks depending on location.

International Orders & Fees
All international orders estimate $10 USD. Each additonal items added will be charged $7 USD.

Your country may charge additional taxes or duties on your order when it enters your country. You are responsible for paying any additional fees that are required.

Limited Shipping Responsiblity
Once the order has been shipped, Lacanlale has no guarantee or control to when your merchandise should arrive. Lacanlale does not hold any responsibility for any damages that may occur during the shipping process. Please view Damage Returns below.

We do not ship to following countries under the U.S trade sanctions.
Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Sudan, Syria or any other country subject to U.S. trade sanctions.

Returns
*Lacanlale holds no responsibility for any damages and/or loss that may occur during or use of product by the user.

Returning Merchandise
Please keep all emails, and transaction numbers that you received when purchasing your order.

*Important*
You must have your PayPal Transaction ID located in your PayPal email statement. If you do not have your PayPal Transaction ID you will not be able to refund your purchase.

Please contact us through PayPal using your original account at the time you purchased your order.

Returning Items
We allow up to 14 business days for all merchandise returns.

Returned items must be in it's original packaging, must be in new, and unused condition to receive full credit. If packaging is incomplete, opened, or damaged it will be returned to you.

You must pay for all shipping costs for returned orders. Shipping costs will not be refunded.


Damaged Returns
Damaged merchandise includes items that have been damaged during the shipping process. If a shipment arrives at your door with noticeable shipping damage, please do not accept delivery. If you accepted the delivery, and notice damages when recieving the merchandise, please immediately call the shipping merchant located on your package.

Save all paperwork, and packaging materials. DO NOT THROW ANYTHING AWAY. If you try to return the merchandise by yourself, you forfeit the ability to make a claim, and lose full credit on your return.

Defective Returns
Defective returns consists of items not functioning properly with no apparent damage to the product. Please contact us for replacement.

Item and Price Changes
You comply with the price and terms indicated on our Web Site. All prices, descriptions, and media on HerroBunny.com are subject to change without notice. Any price differences that may occur in our store are subject to a non refund.
